Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Exportiza website at exportiza.com, the customer portal, and the purchase of Exportiza subscriptions. Exportiza is provided by Eliezer Gurevich, a sole proprietor registered in Israel and trading as Data Sense Solutions ("Data Sense", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

1. The product

Exportiza is a software extension for Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows (client-managed) that exports Qlik Sense tables to formatted Excel (.xlsx) files. The extension runs inside your own Qlik Sense deployment. Your use of the extension itself is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA), which forms part of these Terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for all activity under your account. Information you give us (name, company, server hostname) must be accurate.

3. Free trial

We may offer a free 30-day trial. A trial license is issued for one Qlik Sense server, includes all features, and adds an "Exportiza Trial" watermark to exported files. Trials are limited to one per server and are intended for evaluation only. We may refuse or end trials that appear to be abused.

4. Plans, licenses and servers

Paid plans are annual subscriptions licensed per Qlik Sense server, where a server means one Qlik Sense deployment managed by one QMC and identified by its hostname. Each plan includes the number of production and non-production servers described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Users and apps on a licensed server are unlimited.

Each license key is cryptographically signed and bound to one hostname. You activate servers yourself in the customer portal, up to the number your plan allows.

5. Orders, payment and Paddle

Online orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and payment-related customer service, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Prices are shown on the pricing page; the final price, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Enterprise and government customers may buy through a written quote with invoice and bank transfer; in that case the quote and these Terms apply together.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual term at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and your licenses remain valid until then.

If a payment fails or a subscription ends, licenses remain valid for a grace period (currently 14 days) after the end of the paid term. After that, the extension shows a renewal notice instead of exporting.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a full refund within 30 days of a purchase or renewal.

8. Acceptable use

You may not share, resell or publish license keys; use a license on a server other than the one it was issued for; try to bypass, alter or forge license checks or watermarks; or use the website to send spam, probe for vulnerabilities or disrupt the service.

9. Updates and support

An active subscription includes new versions of the extension released during the paid term, available for download in the customer portal, and email support at support@exportiza.com. We aim to answer within two business days (Israel time) but do not guarantee response times unless agreed in writing.

10. Intellectual property

Exportiza, its code, documentation and brand belong to us. Qlik and Qlik Sense are trademarks of QlikTech International AB; Exportiza is not affiliated with or endorsed by Qlik. You keep all rights to your data; the extension processes it only inside your environment.

11. Warranty disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the website, portal and software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with every Qlik Sense version or configuration.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to Exportiza is limited to the amounts you paid for Exportiza in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke licenses and close accounts that breach these Terms, after notice where reasonable. You may stop using Exportiza at any time.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date and, for active customers, notified by email at least 30 days before they apply. Changes do not affect a term you have already paid for.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
