Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Eliezer Gurevich, a sole proprietor registered in Israel and trading as Data Sense Solutions ("Data Sense", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data through exportiza.com and the Exportiza customer portal. We are the controller of this data. Contact: support@exportiza.com.

1. Data we collect

Account and trial data: name, email address, company, country, preferred language and the hostname of your Qlik Sense server.

Contact and quote requests: name, email, company, country, number of servers and your message.

License and download records: the licenses issued to you, and the date and IP address of each software download.

Billing data from Paddle: your Paddle customer ID, subscription status, plan and billing dates. We do not receive or store your full card details; Paddle processes payments.

Technical data: IP addresses are used briefly to limit abusive requests, and our servers keep standard access logs.

2. What the extension collects

Nothing. The Exportiza extension runs inside your Qlik Sense environment and does not send Qlik data, usage data or telemetry to us or to anyone else.

3. Why we use your data

To create your account, issue and renew licenses, and let you download the software (performance of a contract); to send sign-in links, license keys, renewal and billing notices (performance of a contract); to answer questions and quotes (our legitimate interest or steps before a contract); to prevent fraud and abuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interest); and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Cookies

We use only cookies needed for the site to work: a session cookie (exz_session) that keeps you signed in for up to 14 days, and a language cookie (exz_locale). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. When you open checkout, Paddle may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

5. Who we share data with

Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, for checkout, payments, invoicing and tax (paddle.com/legal/privacy).

Hostinger, which hosts our servers and our email.

Professional advisers and authorities when required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside Israel and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Account, license and billing records: for the life of your account and up to 7 years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. Contact and quote requests: up to 24 months. Download records and logs: up to 12 months. Sign-in links expire within minutes and sessions after 14 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law and, for people in the EEA or UK, the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. Write to support@exportiza.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, passwordless sign-in with single-use links, hashed tokens, restricted database access and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.

9. Children

Exportiza is a business product and is not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes

We will post changes on this page with a new date and notify active customers by email of material changes.
