End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you (the organization or person installing Exportiza) and Eliezer Gurevich, a sole proprietor registered in Israel and trading as Data Sense Solutions ("Data Sense", "we", "us"). It applies to the Exportiza extension for Qlik Sense and its updates. By installing or using the extension you accept this EULA.

1. License grant

Subject to a valid license key and to payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the extension on the Qlik Sense server(s) whose hostname appears in your license key, for your internal business purposes, during the license term. Trial licenses are granted for evaluation only.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) use the extension on servers that are not licensed; (b) copy, distribute, rent, sell or sublicense it; (c) decompile, reverse engineer or modify it, except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction; (d) remove or alter license checks, watermarks or proprietary notices; or (e) use it to build a competing product.

3. Your data

The extension runs in the user's browser inside your Qlik Sense deployment. Exported files are generated locally and saved to the user's computer. The extension does not send your Qlik data, usage data or telemetry to us or to any third party. License validation works offline using a cryptographic signature.

4. Ownership

The extension is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights, title and interest in it, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Term and termination

This EULA lasts while you hold a valid license. It ends automatically when your license expires (after any grace period) or is revoked for breach. When it ends you must stop using the extension and remove it from your servers.

6. Warranty and liability

The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service apply to the extension.

7. Export compliance

You are responsible for complying with export control and sanctions laws that apply to your use of the extension.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
